New Items this month!

November is the big beginning for the Holiday season, with tons of new items appearing everywhere on Etsy and the web, and all the fall items being moved for loads and loads of Christmas and winter stuff in the stores.

This year I’ve finally managed to get a head start and create items to list on Etsy at the beginning of the Holiday season, instead of missing the whole thing. I may have been a little ambitious in buying supplies and what I can logically accomplish, but we’ll see :D I’ve recently discovered paper crafts and stamps. While I’m not a scrap booking person, I’ve discovered all the fun things that can be done with scrapbook materials besides making pages. This year, I learned to make gift tags and have decided to include them as a regular part of my shop.

New this month are many options in gift tags for the Holiday. They can also be used for other things, like ornaments, given as gifts in Holiday cards, or for party favors at a Holiday party. I think they’d also look nice hung on a small table tree :)

And new jewelry additions! All of these would be perfect for gifts, whether to others or for yourself. There’s something for everyone and in affordable prices too!

As a special deal, if you mention this post, you’ll get 10% off your order for this week!
Don’t forget to check back for the weekend of Thanksgiving, as I’ll be running specials then too! Don’t miss them!

Tentative Schedule

Here is a schedule of post topics per month, at least for now:

1st Week - New items, upcoming things and finds
2nd Week - Someone featured
3rd Week - How to/ideas
4th Week - Something I made/worked on/ideas

At the beginning of each month, I’d like to post about new products I have in my shop and other items that will be coming soon or what I’m working on. The second week I’d like to feature other shops and artists. The third week I’d like to have a how to or show some ideas for everyone, in terms of jewelry, sewing, crochet, paper making or decorating. The last week of the month I’d like to show things I’ve made for myself or as gifts, things I’m working on around the house or any ideas I can come up with. It’ll be a more personal blog post at the end of the month.

As I am able to keep up with just these posts, I’d like to be able to add more posts per week as I go along, but I’m going to start out small and build up, so that I don’t get burned out early and give up. Also, this month is NaNoWriMo (which I must win this year to scratch it off my 101 things to do in 1001 days list!) With that, a full time job, and trying to get all my holiday items listed in my shop, I think this is a good schedule for starting out, but not over working my poor brain! So for now, this is the schedule!
